Total Rope Solutions are pleased to announce that we have moved into new premises. We have  taken  over Byrom  works in Stalybridge  which  now gives  us  13,000 sq ft of  works  area  and  5000 sq ft of yard space. This will give us much more room to increase our stocks as well as the range of products that we will be holding.

Our new works will have its own segregated testing area with the facilities to test horizontally to 100t as well as vertically to 75t. We are also going to have a large showroom and trade counter.

To help increase our range of products we have purchased our largest press to date which means we can now manufacture in-house slings up to 25t swl as well as handsplicing/socketing ropes up to 50tswl.

On the technical side we are certified to BS EN ISO 9001:2008 and we are now also members of  the lifting equipment engineers associated (leea for short) and all our staff have taken and passed the part one entry examination and  will be taking further diplomas in the more specialised fields of lifting equipment over the next few months. This ensures that all our staff will be fully trained in all aspects of lifting equipment, health & safety and all changes/updates to the relevant standards/law, so we will be able to offer all our customers complete advice/compliancy with regulations at all times.
